Keeping up with annual well child checks allows for the early detection of issues should they arrive. Each visit will include a complete physical exam in which the provider will check the child’s growth and development as well as discuss age appropriate wellness topics such as proper nutrition, healthy relationships (with family and outside the home), school, etc.
